## 1. Aim

WM Administrator is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and to support keyboards, screen readers, magnification and responsive reflow.

## 2. Current status

As of 25 July 2026:

- automated axe checks of 55 screens found no violations in the controlled test set;
- keyboard and reflow tests at widths of 320–1440 px passed;
- the interface includes Polish, English and Ukrainian;
- a full independent manual audit with assistive technologies has not yet been completed.

Consequently, Brillnet **does not yet declare full conformance**. Automated results do not cover every criterion, the quality of alternative text or the experience of a person using assistive technology.

## 3. Known limitations

Before production activation, manual validation is required for complex financial tables, diagrams and charts, document previews, drag-and-drop interactions, confirmation dialogs for high-risk operations, generated PDF/DOCX/XLSX files and external Stripe/Google components.

## 4. Reporting a problem and obtaining an alternative

Report problems to `kontakt@wm-admin.pl`, specifying the screen, action, browser, assistive technology and expected result. Brillnet will acknowledge the report and provide an accessible alternative if the standard path prevents an essential action.

## 5. Tests before opening

Required checks include a manual WCAG 2.2 AA audit, NVDA/Firefox and VoiceOver/Safari, 200% and 400% zoom, contrast, focus order, form errors, dynamic messages, document exports and the problem-reporting path. Results and known exceptions will be published after the audit.
