This is an informational translation. The Polish version is binding.

## 1. Versioning

Each document has an identifier, version number, language, route, status, publication date and SHA-256 content hash. Published versions are immutable; a correction creates a new version.

## 2. Notifications

| Change | Minimum notice |
|---|---:|
| material change to the Terms of Service, Data Processing Agreement or price | 30 days |
| new or replacement subprocessor of Customer Data | 14 days |
| editorial change with no effect on rights | publication with a change log |
| urgent legal, security or continuity change | without undue delay; shorter notice is possible with justification |

Notification is sent to the organisation administrator’s address and the notification centre. It includes the version, date, summary and a link to the full text.

## 3. Acceptance

1. A change requiring renewed consent blocks actions other than reading and export until acceptance by a duly authorised person.
2. The system records document versions and hashes, UTC time, the actor, organisation and evidence of authority.
3. Absence of an objection may have effect only where the Agreement and law expressly allow it, notification was effective and the Customer could end the service without cost before the change. The Data Processing Agreement and representation require active confirmation.

## 4. Objection to a subprocessor

An objection should describe a specific data-protection risk. Brillnet will assess disabling the feature, using an alternative provider or applying another safeguard. Where no solution is possible, the Customer may end the affected service before processing begins.

## 5. Archive and evidence

The archive contains the text accepted by the Customer, not only the current page. Acceptance evidence is append-only, exportable and subject to contractual retention. A change log does not replace the full version.

## Draft next package

Draft beta.2 from current beta.1: DSA hosting procedure, scoped KSC/NIS2 readiness, fuller provider switching, individual entrepreneur rights and .pl contact. Prices, features, suppliers, D1/R2 windows, activation gates and historical acceptances retain their stated scope. No generative AI, Nebius or EmailLabs was added. Beta.1 approval does not approve this new text.

> Contact details and domains in this presentation were updated on 2026-09-08. The original document and previous acceptances remain unchanged.
