Version: 2026-10-12-beta.2
This is an informational translation. The Polish version is binding.
1. Purpose and scope
- The Beta validates functionality, performance, security and usability before formal launch.
- The Beta may cover the entire Service or an individual module. Test features are marked in the interface or release information.
- The current production state is controlled public registration: the landing page, legal documents and organisation registration are available, while features dependent on separate technical or operational release checks remain blocked until those checks are confirmed.
2. Participation
- Only an organisational Customer identified in the Terms may participate.
- Before real data is admitted, the following are required: verified representation, acceptance of the Terms and DPA, role and multi-factor authentication (MFA) configuration, administrator training and a successful production checklist.
- Sample or synthetic data should be used until explicit confirmation is issued that the Customer's production data environment has been activated.
3. Features and service level
- Beta features may change, be withdrawn or operate with interruptions.
- The 99.5% service level agreement (SLA) and service credits do not apply during the Beta. Recovery point (RPO), recovery time (RTO) and first-response targets are operational targets, not guarantees of outcomes.
- Core security, isolation, access control, DPA, breach handling, export and data deletion obligations also apply during the Beta.
- The Customer should not treat the Beta as the sole repository of a document whose loss would prevent fulfilment of a legal obligation before a successful export and recovery test has been confirmed.
4. Features requiring human approval
Optical character recognition (OCR), charges, email sending, KSeF/JPK, imports, voting, debt collection and exports must be verified by an authorised User. The Beta provides neither advice nor a guarantee of legal, accounting or tax outcomes.
5. Data and confidentiality
- Real data is governed by the DPA, Privacy Policy, retention rules and breach procedure.
- Participants must not publicly disclose unpublished vulnerabilities, other customers' data or information marked confidential. Report vulnerabilities privately to
privacy@brillnet-app.com. - Brillnet does not use Customer Data to train generative AI.
6. Feedback
The Customer may provide feedback and test results. Brillnet may use them to improve the Service, excluding personal data and the Customer's confidential information. Public attribution of a statement or use of a logo requires separate consent.
7. Fees and termination
- The Beta price, discount or free access is specified in the invitation or Checkout. Without separate information, the current offer's prices apply after the trial period.
- Either party may end Beta participation with 14 days' notice, or immediately for a security risk or legal violation.
- After termination, the standard 90-day read-only and export period applies unless the Customer instructs earlier deletion.
8. Transition to general availability
Formal launch will occur only after a Brillnet announcement stating the date, scope, SLA and list of completed release checks. Merely making a domain or interface available does not mean the Beta has ended.
