Online resolution voting: keeping a complete decision record
A practical model for online resolution voting: draft version, eligible voters, voting weights, proof of votes, result and implementation. It does not replace legal assessment of the appropriate procedure.

Freeze the draft version
Each vote should refer to an exact content version. Changing the draft after voting starts requires a new version and an explicit decision on how to proceed.
Establish the voter list and voting weights
Before starting, record the owners, their shares and any representation. Missing information and conflicts should block automatic announcement of the result.
Keep proof of each vote
Each vote needs the voter or representative, time, channel, resolution version and validation result. Share sensitive data only to the extent required.
Connect the result with implementation
Announcing the result does not end the process. Tasks, agreements and payments implementing a resolution should reference its identifier and retain approval records.
